Inside these charming cottages, you will find fully equipped kitchens complete with dining spaces and cosy lounges. Ascend the stairs to discover two tastefully appointed bedrooms, one double and one twin, along with a bathroom luxurious walk-in showers. With a maximum occupancy of four persons, these cottages are also available for short breaks.

Introducing our spacious cottage with its very own private sundeck* where you can bask in the sun and take in breath-taking panoramic views over the charming Holcombe Village and the sparkling waters of Lyme Bay.

On the first floor, you'll find a delightful lounge area for relaxation, complemented by a generously sized kitchen/diner. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities such as a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and microwave — perfect for tackling even the most ambitious culinary adventures.

Downstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you - a generously proportioned double room complete with an en-suite shower room, and a cosy twin room with space for a cot (can be provided, linin not supplied). To cater to your convenience, a second bathroom is also available for your comfort.

We kindly remind our guests that while the sundeck provides an ideal spot for unwinding and soaking up the sun, it is important to supervise children at all times due to its elevated position. Additionally, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate bookings from tradespeople or business groups at our establishment. Lastly, please note that the maximum occupancy for this delightful cottage is five persons, ensuring a comfortable stay for you and your loved ones. For those with a busy schedule, we offer the option of short breaks, allowing you to experience the tranquillity of our farm cottages even if time is limited.

There is an enormous variety of things to do at Higher Holcombe Farm Holiday Cottages. Whether you prefer the stunning coastline or the lush countryside, there are plenty of options for walks and exploration. For those interested in history and architecture, the area offers numerous National Trust properties, charming thatched villages, and picturesque towns.

Within 2 miles of Higher Holcombe Farm Holiday Cottages, you can play Golf at Teignmouth Golf Club. Golfers are treated to a course with spectacular views, at 800 feet above sea level it offers a challenging round of golf with a backdrop envied by many other clubs.

Within a 10-mile radius, there are two racecourses- Newton Abbot Race Course and Exeter. The Roman City of Exeter is approximately 15 miles. Whilst bustling Torbay (9 miles), which encompasses Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham has theatres, a yachting marina, and a selection of fine gardens to visit; in addition to Kent's Cavern, where the remains of some of Britain's very earliest inhabitants (dating back approximately 25,000 years) were found. Here, you'll find castles, abbeys, wildlife parks, steam trains, and model railways all within easy reach, with many open throughout the year. Newton Abbot's attractions include Bradley Manor, a 15th-century manor house set in 70 acres of woodlands and meadows.

Upon your arrival, we welcome you personally and offer any assistance that you require. After this, we leave you in peace to enjoy your stay but are always on hand if needed. A few days before arrival please contact the farm to give them your estimated time of arrival. Please do not arrive earlier than 3 pm to allow for proper preparation of your accommodation in between changeovers. Please note we do not provide any perishable or consumable welcome packs.
